1. Privacy & Credit Checks
You authorise PPM Stone to collect and exchange credit-related information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 to assess your application, manage your account, and recover any overdue amounts.
2. Account Changes
You must notify PPM in writing within 7 days of any change in ownership, business structure, or legal status. Until we’re notified, you remain liable for all goods and charges.
3. Warranties & Liability
PPM makes no warranties beyond those required by law. Where permitted, liability is limited to replacing or resupplying goods or services.
4. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Victoria.
5. Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all invoices are due within 7 days. Overdue accounts may incur interest and recovery costs.
6. Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to you on dispatch. Freight is not included unless specified. PPM is not liable for delays or third-party carrier issues.
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of PPM until fully paid. If unpaid, PPM may recover goods and you must hold them on trust.
8. Cancellations & Returns
Custom or non-stock orders cannot be cancelled once in production. All returns require written approval and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
9. Communication
All orders and correspondence must be sent to: [email protected]. Customers can access invoices, orders, and statements via our customer portal.
